Working Together
These terms apply to all project-based services, including website design, redesign, and other done-for-you work.

They are designed to keep projects clear, structured, and moving forward smoothly.

Project Scope
All work is based on the proposal provided and agreed upon before the project begins.

This includes:

• the type of work being carried out

• the structure and direction of the site

• any specific deliverables discussed

If additional work is requested outside of the agreed scope, it will be quoted separately.

Payment Terms
Projects are billed in GBP (£).

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work

• The remaining 50% is due on completion, prior to handover

Payment confirms acceptance of the agreed proposal and project terms.

For international clients, currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.

Timeline
Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and responsiveness.

To keep things moving:

• A maximum project window of 60 days applies

• Final payment becomes due at the end of this period, regardless of completion status

This ensures projects do not stall due to delays in communication or feedback.

Revisions
Revisions are included as part of the project and are handled collaboratively during the build.

Once the project is complete:

• Revisions are included for up to 30 days

• After 30 days, additional changes are charged at an hourly rate

The goal is to refine the site efficiently during the build phase, rather than extending the process indefinitely.

Client Responsibilities
To keep the project running smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Supply any required content, assets, or access in a timely manner

• Have the legal right to use any materials you provide

Delays in providing information or feedback may impact the timeline.

Project Abandonment
If communication stops for more than 30 days, the project will be considered inactive and archived.

To restart work:

• Projects can be resumed within 3 months

• After this, a reactivation fee may apply

This ensures time and resources can be managed fairly across all projects.

Platform & Ongoing Costs
Clients are responsible for:

• Wix Premium plan subscriptions

• Domain registration and renewal

• Any third-party tools or services used

These costs are not included in project fees.

Ownership
Once the project is complete and final payment has been made:

• You own the finished website

Wix Doctor retains the right to reuse general design structures, layouts, and non-client-specific elements.

No Guarantees
All work is carried out based on experience and best practice.

However:

• No guarantees are made regarding business outcomes, traffic, or performance

• Results depend on how the site is used after delivery
