Wix Doctor is a service operated by NX Digital, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Services

Wix Doctor provides the following services:

• 1:1 coaching sessions (including 15-minute and 45-minute sessions)

• Coaching session packages (e.g. bundles of 4 sessions, valid for 6 months)

• Wix SEO setup services (one-off)

• Website design, redesign, and other done-for-you services (quoted projects)

All services are provided based on the information you supply and the scope agreed at the time of booking or quotation.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All listed prices are in GBP (£)

• Payments for coaching sessions and fixed services are taken in full at the time of booking

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

​

For quoted work (e.g. website builds, redesigns, complex SEO):

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work

• The remaining 50% is due on completion, prior to handover or going live

​

For international clients, any currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider. Wix Doctor does not control or accept responsibility for exchange rates or additional fees.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

​

This includes:

• Completed coaching sessions

• Missed or unused bookings

• SEO services

• Project work (including deposits and final payments)

In exceptional circumstances, reasonable accommodations (such as rescheduling) may be offered at our discretion, but this does not constitute a refund policy.

5. Bookings, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Sessions can be rescheduled via your account with at least 24 hours’ notice

• We understand that emergencies happen and will accommodate reasonable requests where possible

​

If you do not attend a session:

• First no-show: may be rescheduled at our discretion

• Second no-show: the session is forfeited

​

If Wix Doctor needs to reschedule:

• We will provide as much notice as possible (typically 24 hours)

• You will be offered priority access to alternative time slots

​

6. Scope of Service & No Guarantees

All services, advice, and recommendations are provided in good faith based on experience and best practice.

However:

• No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, including SEO performance, rankings, or business results

• Advice provided during sessions is guidance only, and implementation is your responsibility

• Wix Doctor is not responsible for issues arising from actions taken based on that guidance

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information

• You have the legal right to use any content, images, fonts, or assets you provide

• You grant Wix Doctor permission to access your Wix website, where required to deliver services

Wix Doctor accepts no responsibility for:

• Copyright or licensing issues related to client-provided materials

• Any legal claims arising from assets you supply

8. Accounts & Platform Use

If you create an account or interact with site features (comments, questions, etc.), you agree:

• Not to post abusive, offensive, or unlawful content

• Not to spam, misuse, or disrupt the platform

• Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

Wix Doctor reserves the right to:

• Remove content

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Restrict access to site features

at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• CSS snippets

• Guides and written content

• Branding and materials

remains the property of Wix Doctor unless stated otherwise.

You are permitted to:

• Use provided resources for personal or commercial use within your own projects

• Resell, redistribute, or republish content as your own

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wix Doctor shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income, revenue, or business

• Website issues, downtime, or data loss

• Errors or issues caused by third-party platforms (including Wix, Stripe, hosting providers, etc.)

• Any indirect or consequential losses

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Stripe (payments)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
