Wix Editor is not responsive. It uses fixed-width gridlines to create a “safe area” for your content. If text, images, buttons, or decorative elements sit outside those gridlines, they can get cut off on smaller screens or different monitor sizes. Keeping your content inside the gridlines will fix the issue.

It sounds like you might be using a basic button from the Quick Add menu. These have limited styling options and don’t support icons. To fix this, head to the Buttons section in the Add panel and choose a styled button instead. These give you full control, including icons: Read the full answer here.
